WILLIAM H. TROUT, JR. DMD
Brought up in the life of the military, Bill Trout experienced the world’s diversities through the eyes of a child always ready for a new adventure. Defining his creative nature with each move and new journey, Trout always enjoyed the voyage as much as the destination.
Trout initially moved to Savannah in 1979 and attended Armstrong Atlantic State University and then the University of Georgia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984. He graduated from the Medical College of Georgia’s School of Dentistry in 1988, and established his dental practice located in Richmond Hill, Georgia during the following year of 1989. Dr. Trout is considered to be a leader in the field of aesthetic dentistry.
Always active in his community, Trout has sponsored and donated to such events and businesses as Relay for Life, Local Blood Drives, Bryan Animal Caregivers, ROCK (raising our children kindly), Richmond Hill Historical Society, The Annual Christmas Xtravaganza At the Station Xchange, Movie Night, Music Night and Arts Festival in The Park, just to name a few.
Over the years Dr. Trout’s interests have evolved into that of cosmetics as he has taken numerous hours of continuing education with renowned leaders in cosmetic dentistry. His primary focus is working with CEREC crowns, which allows a tooth to be restored with a porcelain crown at a single visit. He has placed in excess of 1000 CEREC porcelain crowns over the course of his career.
Dr. Trout is currently most excited about his newest project: Dental Wellness Center... a modern concept of direct dental health care that caters to each individual patient. Offering locations in both Jesup and Richmond Hill, Dr. Trout and his team will offer patients a personalized experience that gives the opportunity for a patient-dentist relationship built on trust, honesty, respect and a mutual desire to improve dental health and overall well being.
Plans for the future are to live life to its fullest, continue to learn something new every day, work hard, and create something special in every project he participates in. Nowadays, Trout currently resides in Richmond Hill and is a proud husband to Brandy Trout. They have four sons and one daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, traveling, and… of course… is always looking for the next new creative adventure.
